Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the sale of services by [Advanced e-solution] (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") to the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your"). By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Service Description: We will provide the services as described on our website or as otherwise agreed upon between us and you.
Payment: Payment for the services must be made in full before the services will be provided. We reserve the right to cancel the services if payment is not received on time.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of her Majesty.

Our refund policy for services is as follows:

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the completion of the service if they are not satisfied with the service provided. To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team and provide a detailed explanation of their dissatisfaction with the service. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the management team.

If the service was not completed to the satisfaction of the customer due to the fault of our company, a full refund will be issued.

If the service was not completed due to the fault of the customer (e.g. the customer provided incorrect information or failed to show up for scheduled appointments), a refund will not be issued.

If the customer would like to cancel the service before it's completion, a refund will be issued on a pro-rata basis based on the completion of the service at the time of cancellation.

Please note that any custom or personalized services are non-refundable.
